Question by RikkiS: Is it as cheap to travel in Mexico as it is in Thailand? Where are other budget destinations?
Love travelling to Thailand, i’ve been there 4 times (relatively cheap to get to as I live in Australia), also travelled to Vietnam, and Bali (although wasn’t so keen on the last one).
Think India may be on the list, where else has similar cheap accom and day to day living expenses? Any travel tips or stories would be appreciated,

anyways i think it will be cheaper since mexico has avery poor economy

of course in mexico a flight front in back is about $ 100 the very expensive also but traveling to the south of mexico may creat a big risk of you catching swine flu so you might want to think about that
i went to cancun with mymother it cost us $ 250 first class but we did order the tickets about 4 weeeks early if you are plannning to travel in mexico you should be able to make a eassy and fast trip with less money glald to help (:

If your really looking for budget destinations you might want to consider joining a discount travel club. I use Primo Vacations and I get to travel all over the world and with my pass I can stay at Condos worldwide for prices like $ 100 for an entire weeks stay. We have discounts on Airfare and cars too. Why stay in a hotel when you can get a Condo for less then rent?
